Join Us Today!!!Corps Member ApplicationAll Corps Members are required to complete 300 hours of service and enroll in CAD 697 either at San Francisco State or at San Francisco City College. Corps Members should demonstrate a willingness to help young children and the communities of San Francisco.Click Here to apply on-line (be sure to specify SFSU or SF City College). Returning Corps Member ApplicationAll Corps Members interested in returning to Jumpstart must submit an application before August 15th. Returning Corps Members are not required to enroll in CAD 697 if they were enrolled during the 03-04 school year. However, all returning Corps Members will be required to attend 8 CAD 697 classes in the fall and 6 classes in the spring (either on Mondays 4-7 or Wednesdays 6-9). Additionally, all not enrolled in the course will be required to complete a child portfolio and additional assignments as outlined.Click Here for Returning Application Team Leader ApplicationTeam Leader Applications are due no later than July 6th. Team Leaders should be working on completing teaching certifications.
